Hi, I’m Priyanshu.
Friends and file names call me Pri. I’m a designer who ships. For five years at Innovaccer I worked on the least glamorous problem in healthcare: making data from a hundred hospital systems behave like one. Loading a new customer’s data went from six months to under a day for some sources. Then I led design on AI Studio, the company’s AI platform, from first sketch to launch. It crossed 11 million dollars a year in revenue in eight months. Nothing gets sold without the copilot it powers, or so the sales team tells me.
The turn
Now I build what I design
Somewhere along the way I stopped handing off. I interview the users, write the strategy, design the system, then build the thing. My last two products never saw Figma. Salt is billing and inventory software I’m building for my dad’s medicine shop, the counter I grew up around, where every evening still ends with the shop’s whole life copied to a pen drive. SwipeEd is a sex-ed game that doesn’t make you cringe, 69 games deep and live right now. So do give them a go.

I teach design when a studio will have me. I’m doing an EMBA out of curiosity. I’m slowly steering toward research on learning games for the topics people won’t talk about. When none of that is happening, I’m engineering high-protein versions of street food my macros can live with, or three seasons deep in something excellent.
